[BRISTOW CHRISTMAS ICON] So, it's almost Christmas and stuff...
... and I am just not feelin' it. Which, yeah. It's a shame and all that. And I guess people have noticed. Lodi said she doesn't like it that my Christmas season doesn't start until Christmas. Lani said that she misses me singing Christmas carols in August. And Cheryl said that I suck.
I'm sorry. I DO suck. It's not even right, I know.
I tried, though, right? I made cookies and baked muffins and bread and played Christmas carols... it didn't work.
Cher wanted to decorate the tree? I knew she wanted to go get more decorations and... yeah, I went, but eh. She mostly ended up doing most of the work.
Know why? I remember no power until Christmas Eve and then going, "Oh, yeah. Tree. I guess. Sure." And then staying up til two in the morning and doing it and it was all just SUCKY. CHRISTMAS SUCKED. I HATED IT.
AND I DON'T WANT TO HATE IT.
I hate this.
Have you ever, ever, ever read a more self-pity filled entry, like... ever? I win. I hate that.

[THANKSGIVING] I'm thankful for my true friends, those I can count on and trust and those I love
I AM, however, loving my new girl for Let's Cruise. ♥ That makes four there and really? I love it.
What do I miss? Prompts. *sighs*
Ummm... oh! My son gave me flowers today. I had a wicked bad kink in my neck and couldn't turn my head, was busting ass on my NaNo and he brought me flowers that were for inspiration and things. They're lovely.
It's now 3:30 in the morning and I think the Percocet induced nap that I took at 6pm has led me to stay up this late. This will be a problem tomorrow, I just know it.
Today. Tomorrow. Whichever.

Recap & Things
So, yesterday Kyle and I went and saw Hancock, went to dinner with Rach (where Rachael gave him his Pokemon board game -like Yahtzee) and picked out his video game present at the mall. Today we go see Cher. :D All in all, I think he'd say it was a pretty good birthday.

Today, my boy is 12! Because the entire extended fam has to work, it's more a 'celebrate' tomorrow, but he and I are going to hang at the pool today and maybe... I don't know.
Tomorrow, Cher wants to see a movie, so yay! :D Yeah, I think last year, when we did DISNEYLAND kind of takes the cake. LOL
Nevertheless, after 52 hours of labor, here be my boy. :D

[HOLIDAY] Sooooo, Easter.
I guess Rachael got this kick-ass Easter basket. Like, all kinds of candy and gift cards... man, y0. I want HER Daddy to be MY Daddy. Oh, shit. Would LJ think we were the same again?!
Me? My SISTER made me an Easter basket. I got a lil stuffed Darth Vader. *hee* She says they didn't have an Emperor. She knows that I have this wicked nasty crush on him. Talk about crushes that are seriously inappropriate? Who has a crush on [[THIS GUY]]!? Only me. Thankssomuch. :D No shame here!
Ky has enough candy to make himself ill for several weeks and THAT'LL be fun. :-/ Eeeesh. Jackson didn't get an Easter basket, but he DID get Rice Cereal w/Bananas for breakfast. I don't think he knew the difference.
I made breakfast for the rest of the crew: Eggs (minus the amniotic SAC - thanks so much, bitchesyouknowwhoyouare), bacon, sourdough toast, and this OMGSOGOOD raspberry pudding cake. YUMMY! Then we dyed eggs and put on The Ten Commandments. OH MOSESMOSES! From here, I'll start dinner (Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, radishes/green onions and the like). Ah, Easter. FUN TIMES!
