[SICK] Blah blah cancer blah
Had my surgery yesterday.

Diagnosis? Cancer.



Yesterday, Rachael and Lani and Cheryl and Kyle and I hoofed it down to Tacoma General and they sat around outside while my doctor looked down my throat into my lungs to see how far my lesions had spread. Clipped a piece of my tongue.

They're calling it an 'aggressive malignancy'.

They'll probably take that half of my tongue and the lymph nodes and things on that side, all the way down. The lump in my neck is where he thinks it's metastasized so far.

I have an appointment on the 17th at the University of Washington Hospital to see what's next, exactly.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND here we go.

So, all my tongue problems and there it is, folks. Cancer.

I'm heavily medicated. And I have the best friends in the world.
